The Sign dialog appears when you select the Setting button next to the Sign option while configuring settings for advanced running/publishing a report in PDF format. See the dialog.

User Password
Specifies the password for this digital ID file.

Confirms the password.

Specifies the reason for signing the document.
Or Other Reason
Edits the reason for signing the document.
Location
Edits your location accordingly.
Your Contact Information
Edits your contact information accordingly.
OK
Saves the settings and exits the dialog.
Cancel
Cancels the settings and closes the dialog.
Help
Displays the help document about this feature.
