Top N Dialog Box Properties
You can use the Top N dialog box to filter data to display records that meet the Top N condition. This topic describes the options in the dialog box.
Value
Specifies a positive integer N here so that records with the field value equal to one of the top N field values will be displayed.
OK
Applies the settings and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box and discards any changes.

Displays the help document about this feature.
