How a community works
In order for a community to function properly, there has to be a dialog or discussion. What I am seeing here are individuals posting questions in order to receive an answer but without any follow-up or gratitude whatsoever.
If someone takes the time out of their day to respond to one of your posts, you should at least thank them for the information. It would be more helpful to respond with a follow-up to what was ultimately done to fix the issue in question.
I worked at Logi Analytics for close to 8 years in their support and services departments and have provided consulting services for the 2 years since. Before responding to a post, I will be looking at a user's previous interactions to see if they are using the community as it should be used.

Hello Visui,
As the community manager at Logi, your post really resonates with me as we have struggled to get community members engaged to help build a thriving community. I would love to set up a call with you if possible to go over this and other Community issues to get your insight to help us improve Community for all users. You can email me directly at anil.patel@logianalytics.com.
Thanks,

FYI, we have used Logi since 2007 and the community was much more active years ago!
