Page with chart and grid throws this error randomly

This error happens some times after reloading the container with ajax.

Any clue would be welcomed:

  You should bring this up with support.  
  
  Not much can be determined with a screenshot of the error.   My guess is that if you remarked out the chart canvas you would no longer get the error.
  You can possibly narrow down the issue by remarking items within the highcharts that are not necessary (formatting, etc) or reproduce the chart in its most minimalistic form.

  The Logi Engine version... it looks like you are funning v14.  I don't know the version numbers for the SP's.  Are you running the latest SP?  Does this occur if you downgrade to 12.8, 12.7, 12.6 (to see if it is a version issue)

  Platform (Java or .Net) and

  a sample of your report definition would be most helpful.
