Issue with charts not loading in one environment

Hi, we are using charts in two of our report widgets. They work fine in our QA and staging environments, but have stopped working in production. All other reports and widgets work fine in prod except for the two with charts. The error is "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'NumFormatInfo')". Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas? Thanks!

  I am experiencing the same issue randomly, any luck finding a solution?
