I want to submit a help desk ticket but in order to submit a ticket, 'Customer Asset' field must be filled. The customer asset field is a drop down and my only option is 'None'. If you select None, then you'll get the error message below. The field doesn't allow me to enter free text. Well done on finding a unique way of limiting help desk tickets Logi! BTW, my ticket is critical to my company and its ability to sustain business, so this obstacle is beyond frustrating.
