64Bit Server Engine not Available to Deploy
Good Day,
Not sure what has changed or happened but I have always used the 64 bit version on both my laptop and the production server. I recently got a new laptop and reinstalled both the v12 and v14 versions of Logi. If I open Studio it says it's the 64 bit version but when deploying and if I want to deploy the server engine it only shows the 32 bit version (Which I haven't even installed!!)
Any clues whatsoever?
To be honest I am getting a little frustrated with the move to Insight. Tried logging a support call but that is a fruitless exercise - you have to enter your Asset from a dropdown and there's nothing to select!!! So you can't log the ticket. Plus, I can go to my license manager and reallocated licenses or generate new but suddenly don't have access to download products! Extremely frustrating and annoying.

These are all definitely issues that need to go to Logi Support; there is nothing that the User Forum can do except to validate your frustration :(
I would recommend that you send an email out to all of your known contacts at Logi and include support@insightsoftware.com which should automatically open a ticket.
