Logi AdHoc 12.1.43 - Error importing Stored Procedure: Conversion from type 'DBNull' to type 'Boolean' is not valid

I'm trying to import a stored proc via the "Import Procedures" wizard, and as soon as I select the proc I want and click next, the error pops immediately. 

I've tried SQL Server Profiler against both the MetaData DB and my target DB, but no errors are displayed.

The procedure import log also shows no errors.

I've tried the proc w/ and w/o parameters, but it fails regardless to import regardless.
