What is use of log4j-1.2.16.jar and log4j-1.2.17.jar files. These are related with Logi or Logi using these files to perform any tasks.

  I assume you are asking about these in reference to the Log4j vulnerabilities being reported. First, Logi has issued a statement here - https://devnet.logianalytics.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415781801751-Statement-on-Log4j-and-Log4Net-Vulnerabilities.
