Scheduler not sending report with data
Report created using Analysis and emailed through scheduler having issues populating data in the pdf file. PDF file created in the rdDownload folder also has no data but the column headers are displayed in the pdf. Datacache folder doesn't populate data. Bookmarks has the table names in the xmls.
We've seen this issue crop up in the past. The first set of debugging questions to ask is what are the gating factors to bringing back data in the report? For example, you may have a bunch of @Session tokens that need to be set. One thing to try is to export a debug report instead that simply shows the values of all dependent tokens. Missing session tokens that DB connection strings and/or queries rely on are common reasons why scheduled reports have no data. I'm also assuming that this is a custom Info app and not SSRM.
