Supported versions of PostgreSQL

In the documentation it says for Logi Composer v23 & v24 that it requires PostgreSQL v12,
It doesn't say the minimumn version is v12 and doesn't imply you could use higher.

PostgreSQL 12 will be out of software compliance as end of life in the near future.

Can we not use PostgreSQL 16 ?
