Azure DevOps connections using OData

Hi,
Has anyone had any experience with connections to Azure Devops?  I can't figure out how to do this.  Given an example from the MS site:

https://analytics.dev.azure.com/fabrikam/_odata/v4.0-preview/$metadata#Projects(Count)

From
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/report/extend-analytics/wit-analytics?view=azure-devops

How could we make a connection with a Logi App and then used inside a report?
