Looking to export grouped data to excel so each group is it's own worksheet

Hello all

I am wondering if there's a way to take grouped data in an info datatable and export it to excel so that each group header is it's own worksheet?

For example, we have about 50 sales territories. It would be very helpful if i could export all the sales data for the month but have each sheet only show a single territory, the way you can group it in logi by the sales territory.

I'm not seeing an obvious way to do it i'm always surprised by what logi info can do so thought i'd ask here.

  Hi David,

  Have you looked into using Excel Templates?  You could have a top-level data layer return each sales territory, and then output each sales territory on its own worksheet using "OneWorksheetPerDataRow" mode.  Then you could use a single sub-data layer to return the sales data for each territory.  Here's some documentation to get you started -
